Registration At The Outdoorsman 172 East Bank Rd. St. Marys
You may register at anytime before or during the tournament,
but you must register before you catch a winning fish!
A Polygraph will be given at the discretion of the tournament officials.

Entree fee is $ 15.00 per person

Payout: Depending on the number of entries - Places will vary with # of Entries
              Approx. Total payout-         
                              100 entries      $ 1,200
                              150 entries      $ 1,900
                              300 entries      $ 3,800
                              Prizes: Daily Big Fish Adult Age 16 and Over           $ 100.00 per day
             Daily Big Fish Youth                                       $    25.00 per day
             Overall Big Fish                                                Based on number of entries

Youth are eligible for the overall prize award, and are subject to the polygraph
( Youth must have entry form signed by parent or legal guardian )

All state and local laws must be observed
FISH MUST BE CAUGHT USING ROD, REEL AND HOOK.
Fish must be alive.
Any person under 18 Years of age must have Parent's signature on the entry form
and will be subject to the Polygrapgh if required by tournament officials
Weigh-in at The Outdoorsman and will be cuttoff at 12 noon on Sunday June 17
